I was on August 14, 1934 in Brooklyn, N.Y. I entered the Jesuits at Shadowbrook, Lenox, MA, July 30, 1952, and was ordained by Richard Cardinal Cushing on June 12, 1965 at Weston, MA. Degrees: BA in Humanistic Studies, Boston College (1958), Licentiate in Philosophy. Berchmanskolleg, Munich, Germany (1959) MA in Counseling, Fairfield University (1962), Licentiate in Theology, 1966) Weston School of Theology, MA (all but dissertation) in Religion and Psychological Studies, Divinity School, University of Chicago (1971). I am a trained counselor and spiritual director, and am fluent in German. I was in campus ministry and taught theology from 1972-96 at Boston College. After four years assisting in St. Ignatius Parish in Baltimore, I served for eight years at our retreat house in Faulkner. MD, and then eight years at Loyola University in Chicago, and four years at Fairfield U.
